Joe has been a mainframe software developer and tester for most of his career. Nearly 10 years ago he began developing mainframe firmware on a Linux platform and has been involved with open source issues ever since. Since 2015 he has focused on Python-based infrastructure for AI and machine learning on z/OS and Linux. His recent activities have centered around securing the development and deployment infrastructure for open source software on mainframe platforms.
